1. Is there a guarantee on my purchase?

  • We have a 14 days return policy after you received the item, if you're not fully satisfied.  We will always work with you to resolve any issues with the product.

2. What if I don't like what I've purchased?

  • This may happen from time to time and we will work with you to exchange or refund the item within the 14 days period.  Terms & Conditions apply.

3. Why is the delivery taking so long?

  • We are sorry for this.  Some items can be delivered from 5 - 40 days depending on your location and where they are shipped from.  It doesn't also help that the current pandemic, is affecting delivery times.  However, if you do not receive your item up to 40 days, you will be refunded fully.

4. Where are the items coming from?

  • Most of the items sold online or at shops are from abroad, mainly China.  China is the largest supplier of products to the world.  USA takes in over 50% of China's products.  On selected items, there are stock shipped and  distributed from EU, US, AU, RU, FR and of course direct from CN.  If you're from the UK, there are also some items distributed from here.

5. Why should we buy from Assorted Buy Online?

  • You're right to ask this question.  We aim to offer consumers the choice and we believe that we have items that are comparable or even cheaper from other online shops or retail.  Some of the items are possibly only found here. 
  • Assorted Buy Online aims to provide as the alternative and hopefully grow as one of the PREFERRED going into the future.  We will stay competitive and work in partnership with our guests.
